“Actually there are two parts to this. The hotel was fine but initially the room that I was given either had not been cleaned or was already occupied: there was an incredibly strong smell of perfume and a probably empty perfume bottle in the bathroom, there was a banana skin on a bedside table and a large carrier bag containing something. I decided not to look. I left! Staff were lovely and gave me another room that was fine. I accept that ‘stuff happens.’ In contrast parking was a really good experience. I found the entrance without difficulty despite the fact that my Satnav chose the day to be difficult. Someone at the gate asked if my name was …… it is! They were very helpful as was the staff member in the office where I gave them my car key. Despite being nearly 6 hours late on my return due to technical problems with the plane my car was very nearby and people were friendly and helpful. I would most certainly use Meet and Greet again.”

“Found the hotel reasonably easy. It was comfortable, relaxing bar area, very friendly staff so hotel was fine for me. The only problem I had was locating the entrance to T3 so I stopped to ask an official looking guy I a blue jacket and hi-vest directions which was apparently i a "Drop off Zone"!! After finding T3 and Blue Circle I left my car. On my return home I had received a Parking Charge Notice PCN for £40. I contacted Blue Circle who said I need to go through the appeals process with APCOA Parking ... I have fingers crossed. I felt Blue Circle could have helped a bit more to get it cancelled.”

“Parking was straightforward. However, when we got to the hotel, we had to go up and down to reception 3 times after check-in as the keycards would not work to let us through the doors to our room. When we eventually got into the room, the bed for my son had not been made up and there were no sheets/pillows etc for him, so we had to go back to reception to ask for bedding supplies. It was late at night and we were very tired, so it was incredibly frustrating.”

“When I checked in I was told that there was a charge for parking overnight. I showed the receptionist my booking confirmation that showed free parking. He was adamant that I would have to take that up with Holiday Extras as the hotel charges. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed my booking included parking. After I had explained the difficulties I had had that morning with my flight being cancelled and having to find another hotel he offered me free parking until I returned from our break.”

“Slightly disappointed as we usually use meet & greet. Key drop off and collection was good however transfer bus was really overcrowded and took ages as went to all terminals before going back to car park.”

“Bit disappointed at the transfer to the airport. Bus was very full, difficult to fit in luggage and they stopped at south terminal to pick up passengers before dropping off at north terminal which made the bus even more crowded. Not as good as on previous occasions when minibuses were used.”

“Traveled on 28th June. Normally we use the aspire lounge, however thus trip we chose the aspire plus lounge, i would definitely recommend paying the extra money for the plus lounge, nicer surroundings. Food & alcohol & soft drinks very good. We will definitely be switching to aspire plus lounge from now on”
