“Very convenient location right outside departures and all undercover from car park to terminal. Easy to find (although the road markings once in the 'drop off' area are a bit confusing). Also, there is a rather confusing sign in T1 that tells you to turn around and go back as you arrive at the lifts for the car park but just ignore that and you'll be fine. It was much more expensive than the more remote car parks but for 3 days it was just about worth it.”

“Cant really fault Holiday Extras, But the shuttle bus at Jet Parks Ringway Manchester Airport never turned up and we ended up running to the terminal instead. Holiday Extras are good value but not always wisest to chose the cheapest option.”

“Outbound was excellent, dropped car off and got lift to terminal. Return was difficult. Got to key collection point expecting car to be waiting for us (as told when dropping off). Key was given to us then told car was in section C. Pointed out we had a wheelchair and 2 cases and was told there was enough room to walk through to find our car. No details of where car was other than section C. No help to get to section C.”

“The idea of drop and go is excellent and makes car key drop off and collection quick and easy but it is so difficult to follow the directions to the right car park when not coming from the M56 direction!”

“Parking was easy & quick transfer to port but bit of a wait for transfer back to the parking area but didn't help that ship wanted everyone off early so caused queues at dock. Drivers both very pleasant & apologetic for wait. Would recommend & use again”

“Chose the green parking at Stanstead, was easy to find and a v.short walk, most of it under cover but not the first bit. Flight was delayed by one hour but no issues at barrier on way out, straight through, seamless service, would recommend.”

“Easy to find at entrance to airport. I parked in the smaller car park on the right hand side. Very tight for spacing and getting car back out required a bit of maneuvering. Bus to airport terminal was fine but on arriving home at 3am there was only 1 bus running and a huge queue. Could do with 2 buses running more often. Having said that I would use again.”

“Good communications after booking. Great automated arrival service. Fast key collection when picking up though this was the slowest part. Price is reasonable. Would recommend and reuse.”
