“All good some spaces a bit tight”

“Good hotel, room spacious and clean. Food good but very slow service as was the bar. Lack of staff. Card service only, was over charged, given refund in cash straight away. Car left where we parked it for duration of our cruise, taxi transfers very good. Returned back picked car up, no problems”

“It all worked well with the taxi's at either end of my holiday, the only bit that let it down was the staff at the Holiday Inn who seemed confused and not to know anything about the booking - thank goodness the driver arrived! Good to know which vehicle to look for by getting text updates.”

“We used Holiday Extras for our parking and insurance when we went to Australia recently. It was a good choice and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately we have had to make a claim on the insurance so we will get to test that part out next!”

“It was a good experience from start to finish. No fuss to park and exiting was effortless. I will be using this service again. The cost for parking my cay for five days was cheaper than the cost of train tickets from Liverpool Street station. Great service!”

“Booked into Sofitel, best room we have had here (10 times). not really meet and greet just park in hotel car park, hand over your keys and walk into hotel. On return car parked at entrance, collected key from office and away home. No need to phone them as per instructions when arriving or leaving. It was exactly like normal parking at hotel without the bell boys Sofitel has just passed the parking facility to meet and greet but it worked well with a better room.”

“Arrived at the hotel and met by two very pleasant people at reception , everything was explained to about booking for taxi to and from the airport. The only negative was that our plane was delayed so we had to wait about twenty minutes for the taxi to pick us up but that was no fault of the taxi company, would certainly use again”

“I have used Holiday Extras many times over the past 20 years and will continue to do so. Hotel was more than adequate and well located. Instructions were clear about having to pay for overnight car parking at the hotel. Car was ready and waiting for us on our return.”

“Have used several times for Stansted Mid stay parking. Easy booking process, competitive pricing, number plate recognition system on entry & exit, convenient regular bus shuttle to terminal, BUT … only thing that spoils it for me is the amount of emails you keep spamming me with! Literally every other day! Please stop!”

“A very easy way to leave & collect the car - there could be some better signs or clearer instructions when arriving (at Liverpool Airport). Overall a good way to begin a holiday, we're looking forward to using H E again soon.”

“Easy to find. Good price. Only complaint is after being picked up from T3 at Heathrow you then get taken to T5 for another pick up making the return journey far too long. 40 minutes”
