“No problems with stanstead parking and hotel. Room comfortable, only a short walk from hotel to airport. Only issue I had was the food at hotel restaurant. Very basic ,little choice and expensive for what we had.”

“Easy booking in to hotel, comfy night as always. Meet and greet parking not so good, a bit hectic and stressful. Wanted park and stay at hotel option but this doesn't seem to be available anymore. I'd rather leave car at hotel.”

“Very good service from H E. Sadly the post code for Sat nav was 5 miles out. Took us to drop off point at terminal S. However the actual written directions were perfect. People at Purple parking helpful.”

“Easy to book, parked car at T1 with short 10/15 min walk to Ibis hotel which is at T2. Budget hotel but ok as we were up for a very early flight.”

“Reliable friendly service A lot of the bus stops were closed and the signage was a little confusing when you first drive into the car park. Waiting for the bus to take to the terminal wasn’t many open and had to walk to the next bus with cases. Coming from the terminal to the car park the driver was very quick to close the doors once reached a stop and not allowing people inside enough time to gather their luggage to get out.”

“I would recommend using Holiday Extras for long stay parking. However the price for 2023 was nearly double what we paid in 2022. Also both times our registration was not recognised and told us we had to pay. So had to phone to be let out while other cars queued behind us.”

“Easy to use. The car Reg plate was scanned on entering the carpark and on exit. The only negative would be that the carpark was quite full so we couldn’t get a space close to the airport.”

“Reasonable price for parking which is near the airport. Parking bays are tight for suv sized cars. Bays have loose stones to park on but roads in carpark have been tarred. Buses run regularly.”

“Liverpool John Lennon Good location - though I would suggest that the proximity to terminal should be Walk 8 to 10 minutes - this is a large car parking facility.. would use again”

“The service provided by HE was great and when I had a query it was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. I cannot say the same about the Britannia Hotel. It is extremely tired and a retro experience (back to the 70s) - not of me”
