“Really pleased with the booking, arrangements and price but very disappointed that we had to travel an hour and a half in 30c heat in a coach with no air conditioning or windows that could be opened. An extremely unpleasant trip.”

“Having booked online, you have the relevant I’d, car reg, my name etc. why is it still necessary to hold the barrier??!! I thought this is supposed to spread up the process? Not slow down people, who either wish to get on a plane, or more so , get home after a longish flight”

“No account was taken of peak flight arrivals which made pick up a nightmare 1 bus was frankly not enough to cover all the passengers departing and arriving.”

“Parking is easy and very good. The Soffit hotel is pricey considering the room itself and we felt that the pre-booked Dinner has been downgraded compared to previous times!”

“The Clayton was excellent, as always, but we opted for Drop and Go instead of their own car parking system. It was appalling - we waited at the “stop” for over 40 minutes for the next D&G shuttle bus, along with many many other people, most of whom could not fit on it when it did arrive.”

“Booked Meet and Greet at T2 Heathrow, rang MBW when 30 minutes away but there was no one on the desk when we arrived and had to ring twice more, waited 30 minutes more to hand keys over. Excellent service on return though, rang after baggage claim and car was returned to desk 20 minutes later. Used there Executive Car Wash service and was very pleased with the result.”

“Excellent location. Easy to get to airport. You do have to drive around to find a space which can be frustrating and parking bays are very tight. We had a delay for 24 hours. Cost £62 to get out of carpark.”

“Hi, hotel was fine but car park difficult to find and when we dropped off our car we were told that they were expecting us at a different terminal. My paperwork said the correct terminal and we were concerned that when we returned the car would be in the wrong place. It was ok however so that was a positive. The organisation for the car parking was all paper based and appeared haphazard, so I might not consider using it again on that basis.”

“The booking was very easy. Not so easy to find the actual car park to drop off car. Usually get written directions or what to put in SatNav but they gave google maps and we couldn’t follow that. After half hour driving around we put in Maple Park and Ride on Wazes and we found it!! But despite this the service was great and transfer efficient and price good.”
