“Straight forward quick and easy”

“The whole process was easy to book and use. Everything went according to plan. Unfortunately the road signage around the airport can be confusing and one mistake takes you through the drop off area and it costs £5 to get out.”

“Turned up 3am to book in at Purple Parking.Staff very friendly considering that early. Only complaint. Being dropped at North Terminal. Why does the bus drop you so far from the entrance? Being picked up on our return at the South Terminal. The bus picks you up right out side the door. Collecting car was very swift despite the number of people all arriving at the same time. Would use your service again as long as you stay competitive”

“We have used this company before upon our arrival the open space indicated was not available so we drove around the car park to find a parking space open.”

“Easy to book parking place but, although changing the vehicle registration prior to the date, there was an issue on arrival. This was sorted easily with the parking operative on showing the booking number and there was no problem when collecting the car.”

“Aspire lounge was an easy experience and easy to find, food was nice, only very slight negative was that because it was quite busy there was a queue for the food, bar service was quick”

“Easy to drop off but not so good at pick up. Signage needs to be better from terminal. Eg meet and greet pick up office. We followed the Mert and greet signs and were 300 yards from the office. A further 100 from the office to car location. Not easy with heavy bags.”

“Great self park, car park. You can walk to the terminal in 5 minutes. The only down fall was getting there. The post code given didn’t take me to the car park. Luckily I managed to find it myself.”

“Hotel was very good,clean and all you could ask for an overnight stay,convenient for the airport, carepark was ok,not able to ring them when back,so waited 40 minutes for return bus”

“Booked airport parking and fasttrax at Edinburgh airport .Everything went well although the Premier Parking carpark had very few parking spaces took me 20mins to find a space.Will book through Holiday extra again next year”
