“Although you can book 3 hours before your departure, you only get 2 hours because you get called for you flight 1 hour before. Was a good location, nice and clean, we had a quiet area which was great. Food choices could have been better as I'm vegetarian and was only 1 main dish. Also would have been nice to have something sweet other than shortbread biscuits, and nothing really for the children. Have been lounges with more choice of food”

“All went very smoothly, and just as directed. What I didn’t understand was having to pay for our car park entry ticket, ÂŁ6, because we were half an hour earlier than expected? It wasn’t worth arguing about, so I just paid for it and got on with with getting to departures.”

“Good hotel and on site restaurant. We paid ÂŁ40 for a cab into Heathrow T5 from local firm and ÂŁ45 to get back to pick up car, from the taxi rank.”

“The Premier Inn is convenient hotel for Gatwick North if you have an early flight. Car parking drop-off is next door, too. The staff were friendly and helpful but I would say that the room was in need of a facelift! It's always very easy to book through Holiday Extras so I always do!”

“It is a great carpark. Driver to the airport was nice and cheery. However the driver that picked us up on the early hours of saturday morning wasnt helpful at all. I know its not his job to lift ur cases but a bit of advice to passengers on how to lay them would make much more room available. But overall i would use again for sure”
