Very nice hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only downside, transfer to Heathrow Airport very expensive. Tried the Shuttle Bus, cheaper but will never be doing that again!!! Felt like a cattle truck

Overall I was happy with the cost of parking and the location of the parking in relation to Terminal 2 at Heathrow particularly. However, it is worth noting that when you are being collected the bus will go to all the other Terminals first before heading back to the car park. After a long flight and a long wait for baggage to arrive we then had a long bus journey back to our car and a long drive home. In future I will make a note of stops being made before making the booking. Other than that, all good!

Easy to find (Leeds Bradford airport) and straightforward transfer to the airport. Reception staff looked a bit fed up and could have been friendlier, but the shuttle drivers were great, cheerful and helpful so made up for this, waiting for us on our return so no delay at all. The reception was in the process of being refurbished which it really needed so might be better when complete. However, thought the parking was expensive.

Original booking was cancelled and rebooked by yourselves. However, you used completely different flight details than the ones provided. Easily rectified with a phone call. Also, left my Kindle in the taxi provided by Beniconnect and the driver went out of his way to ensure it was delivered to my hotel before I even realised it was missing. Can't fault the driver for that. Both taxis were clean and prompt and the drivers very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Booking and confirmation was not simple, I ended up with 2 bookings, I was alerted and cancelled 1. Shortly after I had a confirmation of cancellation and an offer of 10% off - a bit late as I still had a booking in hand. Hotel and parking process were fine. The steak in the attached Beefeater was abysmal.

Did what we needed keep our car save at the airport and the bus service took us to the terminal and returned us to collect our which was waiting for us on our return.

Car hire arrangements were completed without a hitch, vendor was easy to find and drop off went smoothly. Noleggiare were slightly pushy with their selling of extras such as excess insurance.

All staff friendly and helpful. Easy to book and site user friendly. My only issue was that the Airparks bus only ran every 25 minutes between the site and Birmingham Airport so if you just miss one it is quite a long wait, especially after a long flight.

Our transfers going out was perfect very quick and efficient. However going back to airport they picked us up on time maybe a little early we thought 7am for a 11am flight . It was a full coach and the driver was like sterling moss not waiting for people to be seated before he took off probably had a very tight schedule to keep ! Arrived at airport with lots of time to spare.
