“I would usually book car park 2 but that option was not available for my trip so I booked car park 3. In fact it was much easier in car park 3. It is much closer to the arrivals building so was much quicker to get away from the airport.”

“Cannot fault the price and the pick up time to return to airport. Only issue was booking in at airport as it was quite chaotic and at one point sent to go with one driver and then when got to his transport told he wasn't our driver. Despite this hiccup I would recommend using this company.”

“I use this method 10-15 times a year and to be honest it is good, if you can find a parking space! I have used every short term car park at Stanstead and to be honest 9 times out of 10 whatever colour you use you always end up in a different colour car to find a space, normally the furthest away from the terminal. I have blue badges and in 60-70 attempts have never found a disabled parking bay free. Probably because there’s only 10 in every car park….”

“Unfortunately on our return journey there were broken traffic lights which made a 20min journey closer to an hour, the driver did apologise for the delay, but there needs to be a backup route. Also could not get out of the car park and the staff were slow to answer the telecom and open the gates.”

“Always book with Holiday extras though the website seemed a bit more confusing this time and I paid for the car park 3 times. Though it’s refunded the other two now. Been using for years, just make customer services a bit easier to call. Cheers”

“Spending 3+ hours in an Airport Terminal is stressful enough, so it was it was so much easier chilling out in the NO.1 lounge, & a bit cheaper through Holiday Extras. It was busy, but we're shown to our seats. Food was good & plentiful. Would definitely consider using again”

“I was happy with the price of parking for 3 days. I also used the extended parking in case of delays which was just a couple of pounds extra. Customer service was efficient and on return we found the car very easily.”

“Excellent on entry...Good value for money. The only downside at Birmingham Car Park 1 is you need to press the help button on exit which can take some time. This has happened twice. Maybe I am supposed to enter the registration number somewhere...I am not sure...didn't look as I had prepaid.”
