All pretty good and smooth apart from the face I paid for a confirmation txt which I did not receive. 2nd time this year this has happened to me.

Liverpool Aspire was v good - staff were superb. Food was ok, not massive choice, but enough. Very comfortable in there too.

Booked easily but, couldn’t just enter had to contact reception to get a token and look for my booking? car park was almost full had to go to floor 9 and spaces very tight.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn prior to our flight and caught the Gatwick Hoppa to the terminal. No problems, and would have given 5 stars had the breakfasts been a more reasonable price and that a return ticket on the Hoppa would have saved us £1.00.

Holiday Extras booking system is great & the prices are competitive. Changing bookings is quite straightforward. I would recommend using them and will book with them again. However, the Red short stay car park at Stansted is not as advertised. I booked it specifically as I a member of my party was unwell & I paid extra to make their journey easier. It was supposed to be the closest premium car park, however it was quite a distance from the terminal with at least one other car park closer having to walk past the bus terminal, orange car park & the premium drop off parking. Hardly the closest location.

It's a beautiful hotel. Large comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious. We had dinner at the hotel each night we stayed there. The food was good and plentiful. However, breakfast was a great disappointment. We had been asked to choose a time for breakfast so should have been expected at 8.30. It is buffet style, limited fruit available, no natural yogurt only strawberry & toffee flavoured. Food was cold and so were the plates. I asked for my plate to be heated but it didn't make the food more palatable. I reported it 3 times to staff in the dining room but we were not offered hot food. I reported to reception and expected a response from management yesterday, but none so far.

Jet parks Ringway at Manchester Airport - easy to find and good value for money. Very rough ground with with quite a few potholes, which were filled with water due to the rain. Made pulling the suitcases rather difficult but guess it would be much better in the summer or with some stones to fill the holes. Good and regular bus service to the terminals. All in all a good place to park

Easy to find easy to park only problem we had was had to wait about 30 mins for bus to airport think they cut 1 out other than that was good no probs on return

This was our first visit to Luton airport & using self parks. We found the location easily with instructions on confirmation. On arrival we were directed to parking spaces. Several marshalls were on site to assist. There was a bus waiting. The bus made 2 stops in car park then headed to airport which took about 7 minutes. Dropped off right outside. Given a ticket for our return journey. On our return found bay easily & only had to wait about 15 min. We were at the front of the queue so we must of only just missed the previous bus. When we were dropped off in the car park, it wasn’t very well lit & we couldn’t find our car. Other people were having the same problem. There didn’t seem to be any marshalls about. Eventually, we asked a guy sitting in a van & he explained the coding system had been changed & we were now in c not j. It was confusing. That would be my only compliant. Everything else ran smoothly.

Everything was straightforward. When I had to add an extra day parking the price was very good when I had expected it to be excessive. My only negative is that I worried a bit about the car park..unlit etc. I don't know if there are cameras, I didn't look, but I just didn't feel it quite as good as others I've used. I don't want to be unfair...it maybe super secure... I'm just saying how I personally felt. Other than this all very good and good price.

We booked in the night before our flight to Australia, hotel was very nice , rooms ok been in better, food in the lobby was very expensive, we also had a lot of trouble parking our car no spaces, I don't think I would use this hotel again ,

I would usually book car park 2 but that option was not available for my trip so I booked car park 3. In fact it was much easier in car park 3. It is much closer to the arrivals building so was much quicker to get away from the airport.

Cannot fault the price and the pick up time to return to airport. Only issue was booking in at airport as it was quite chaotic and at one point sent to go with one driver and then when got to his transport told he wasn't our driver. Despite this hiccup I would recommend using this company.
