“Renaissance hotel was excellent, with convenient parking and great breakfast. Meet and greet at Heathrow terminal four, was also convenient and well organised. Only negative, was my mobile charger in car, had been removed from its box and left plugged into the car cigarette lighter. It had obviously been used by someone at Blue Circle Meet and Greet to charge their mobile while the car was with them. We were only aware of this, because they had forgotten to disconnect and replace it in the box in our car pocket. This we feel certainly should not have happened, and resulted in a four star, rather than a five star review.”

“Holiday extras experience of booking was great, the price and communication brilliant BUT the hotel experience I booked was awful The hotel room was filthy, there was stains all over the carpet and noone had attempted to clean them, there was a used fruit shoot bottle left under the bedside table and stains on the underside of toilet seat. This was in room 19 I couldn’t bring myself to complain after a long drive in stormy weather arriving at 9pm with 2 tired kids on my own. If I had of arrived earlier I’d have asked for another room.”

“Very nice hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only downside, transfer to Heathrow Airport very expensive. Tried the Shuttle Bus, cheaper but will never be doing that again!!! Felt like a cattle truck”
