Premier hotel very good, only issue we incurred was collecting car from the Meet & Greet took over an hour from initial phone call as directed on information sheet ie “ Call once you’ve collected luggage from reclaim “

There was a problem with our original booking as two of our party had to cancel, it was not possible to change the booking so had to cancel whole booking and rebook at an additional cost of £100 which was really unacceptable! Car park was easy to find, plenty of spaces, check in very easy, bus to terminal fairly quick, a little expensive though. The wait for bus home from terminal five took about half an hour, but all in all a good service.

Excellent parking facility and concept of number recognition for entry and exit is very good. The only problem I had was that the direction signs for the car park could have less confusing as I made two circuits of the site before realising where I needed to go resulting in the number recognition not working and I had to use the intercom to gain both access and exit at the end of my stay. On the two occasions I had to make contact the staff were very helpful. I would use this again and more effectively given the experience.

Some issue finding the car park initially however then very good experience regarding transfers and hotel. Car safe and sound with no problems on return.

Good deal on parking and hotel, good shuttle service for drop off and pick up. No complaints over what I wanted from you. Way too much marketing and upselling after purchase. Have deleted app and unsubscribed to avoid further bombardment.

Actually there are two parts to this. The hotel was fine but initially the room that I was given either had not been cleaned or was already occupied: there was an incredibly strong smell of perfume and a probably empty perfume bottle in the bathroom, there was a banana skin on a bedside table and a large carrier bag containing something. I decided not to look. I left! Staff were lovely and gave me another room that was fine. I accept that ‘stuff happens.’ In contrast parking was a really good experience. I found the entrance without difficulty despite the fact that my Satnav chose the day to be difficult. Someone at the gate asked if my name was …… it is! They were very helpful as was the staff member in the office where I gave them my car key. Despite being nearly 6 hours late on my return due to technical problems with the plane my car was very nearby and people were friendly and helpful. I would most certainly use Meet and Greet again.

Found the hotel reasonably easy. It was comfortable, relaxing bar area, very friendly staff so hotel was fine for me. The only problem I had was locating the entrance to T3 so I stopped to ask an official looking guy I a blue jacket and hi-vest directions which was apparently i a "Drop off Zone"!! After finding T3 and Blue Circle I left my car. On my return home I had received a Parking Charge Notice PCN for £40. I contacted Blue Circle who said I need to go through the appeals process with APCOA Parking ... I have fingers crossed. I felt Blue Circle could have helped a bit more to get it cancelled.

Easy to use, and simple process for check in and pick. Car secure and you keep your keys. All the staff are polite and helpful.

Parking was straightforward. However, when we got to the hotel, we had to go up and down to reception 3 times after check-in as the keycards would not work to let us through the doors to our room. When we eventually got into the room, the bed for my son had not been made up and there were no sheets/pillows etc for him, so we had to go back to reception to ask for bedding supplies. It was late at night and we were very tired, so it was incredibly frustrating.

Very competitive price again. Very efficient staff. Will use on my next trip. Only negative is, when parked up this time , why was car moved just one bay to the left.

Price abit expensive but parking was 2 min walk from airport terminal. Easy drop off & collection. Carpet / mats in car were left sluggy & dirty
