Pretty good stuff overall - staff were helpful and everything was as it should be. Not sure I would fully call the service at EMA a Meet & Greet - more of a ‘Park and Dump the Keys at the Office.’

All went well shame we weren’t on tarmac the car park was very muddy not what you want to be walking through or pulling suitcases through really needed your wellingtons on So on return we waited on the tarmac and hubby went and got the car because didn’t want mud all in my car Bus took a while to collect us around 30 minute wait But apart from that all was ok

Thought we booked car parking AT the Britannia Hotel, Newcastle as well as overnight stay. So when I went to type in our car reg on hotel iPad to say how long we were staying I wasn't sure if it was 16 days as away for 14 days... if you follow me.... I asked the receptionist and he said he'd check my booking and told me it was hotel stay only and car parking was in AIRPORT LONGSTAY and not hotel (like we had done before 🙄) so we had to pay an extra £5 for parking overnight. Then move car in the morning as that suited us with the bag situation) Plus the receptionist also said "I wasn't the only one who hadn't realised this and that's probably why the car park was so full" plus we had seen cars had "parking tickets" on them. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK AS YOU BOOK AND WHEN YOU GET TO THE BRITANNIA. It was very busy at the hotel with functions and the function people complaining about parking but only as they couldn't get near door!!!

The hotel was clean comfortable and in walking distance of the terminal. Whilst it took a while for my satnav to find Careparks once there the staff where very polite professional and happy to help. On my return my car was as I left it and no problems, would recommend this car park company to anyone flying out of Manchester

Happy with the service, only thing I'd ask is clearer directions/signs as someone who has never flown from Heathrow, this would've been appreciated.

Unclear that there were several companies in the area, and hadn’t understood that we should look for Offsite signs which were at very far end of car park. Good service on return to car. Previous use of service enabled car pick up outside Departures and collection of car outside Arrivals on return.

Everything went well, easy to park. Hotel was what I expected. Great value for money with 10 days parking including. Lovely place to eat one minute down the road (the honey bee). Reviews on this hotel in my opinion are not justified.

Well .....to me D & G doesn't mean drop and go ....on the sign posts write drop and go not D&G .....nearly missed our flight looking for it however once there the guy was helpful and friendly and we collected our car after our holiday with no hassle will use again

Easy access,good price. Unfortunately for the second time at Silver Zone my car wasn't parked where they said. Luckily it wasn't far away, but how can't they put the right number to the parking space?!!!

Holiday Extras itself is an excellent company. . The app is very good, the service clear and the prices good. On this occasion I could not give 5 stars because the actual car we hired at Budget in Durban was awful.
