“We booked a valet parking service at Gatwick when we went skiing which was cheaper than a one way taxi with all our luggage! Had to wait 15-20 mins for collection at 4:45 am but much quicker on return journey. Handover point v close to terminal. I would use I Love Parking again.”

“Great location at the North Terminal, decent breakfast and the Purple Parking went smoothly. Only issue was it was the top end of our price bracket!”

“Meet and greet at T2 Manchester was amazing, directions given made it easy to find , the staff made the drop off quick and efficient . On return I had lost my ticket, the staff were very courteous and assisted in checking my info and returning my car, quick and easy. It is very convenient being at the terminal - no shuttle buses to contend with.”

“Birmingham airport Ibis hotel and Airparks express parking. Excellent value (except breakfast). Hotel room was very close to the departure/arrivals entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. We paid for their breakfast and it was quite disappointing for the price (£14.95 each). The choice was ok but the supposedly hot food was barely lukewarm. The parking was a few minutes bus journey from the arrivals/departure area with frequent buses.”

“Convenient and secure parking in T2 multi storey. Under £100 for 8 days. Slight hitch on leaving because my reg number was not recognised by the camera but quickly resolved via the help button at the exit barrier.”

“Meet and greet was very good except for the signage to and in the car park. Polite and efficient service and easy walk to T5. On collecting the car, one side was splattered with mud from the secure storage area, have previously experienced mud in the foot well, at least that is now protected by use of a paper mat.”

“Office staff very efficient. On return the only problem was finding the car. It was raining and dark, the car park guide was not lit up and finding the blue zone was problematic.”

“I love meet and greet and used it many times but I do have a problem this time as when I put my suit case in the boot it wouldn’t go in and somebody had move the back seats to there normal position indicating that somebody had been in the back seats and also the passenger seat had been moved, surely only one person should only drive my car, there and back.This seems that people namely meet and greet have been using my car but unfortunately I didn’t note my mileage. I’m sure that you will investigate this to see how many times my car left the parking area or whether it ever went in.”

“The Car Parking was so easy to find and so quick at getting us to the airport, however on return journey (As it was early hours of the morning) and we were tired to be fair the transport got to the airport to pick us up in a good time, but we waited for others to get onto the bus which took over 35 mins waiting time (and it states in the brochures that you have to wait no more than 20 mins) we got back to the car within 40-45 mins however the bottom line is that when you arrive back all you want to do is get your car and drive home (we did have a 4.5 journey home so felt it was a little long to wait for other flights to come in.”

“Here's your proofread text: Booking was easy. However, instructions on how to collect a ticket for the NCL short stay car park would have been useful. Upon exiting, we inserted the ticket and were asked to pay the full tariff. Consequently, we had to call to get the fees waived and the barrier lifted. It was a nuisance.”
