No problem getting to ANPR. 8min ride to T3. Quite pleased and relaxing ride there and back.

Easy to book, quick efficient process to book your keys in. Buses very regular and quick service to collect keys after holiday

The access road to the carpark is badly lit but other than that the service was prompt and well organised. It's also very close to the airport.

No problems at all dropping car off. On return I had a wait of half an hour for my car which was slightly unexpected but that’s all. Very busy. However, overall, I will use service again.

Fabulous hotel but really needs a ramp or lift down to the parking area..I struggled up a spiral staircase with my bags. The price of a G and T is ludicrously high. But staff were lovely as was the breakfast. Great for people watching.

Good service overall. I'm having to wait for my car even though I call promptly, and I'm always left with a piece of paper stuck to the windscreen and a muddy paper protector on the floor. Why aren't these taken out?

We parked for a month and the price was good. Found the car park relatively easily and parked up in front of reception. However, I would never use Cophall parking again. Staff at the reception desk on arrival and later when collecting the car were surly, rude and unhelpful. When we picked up our car after a month the whole of the front, the wheels, wheel arches and underneath was caked in mud. It looked like it had been driven over a very muddy field. Didn't bother to complain to the staff in the office as I knew there was no point. Next time will go with Purple Parking. Ps. The bus drivers who took us to and from the airport were very friendly.

Hotel was very clean, lovely staff and just what we needed to relax before our holiday. £18.50 advertised taxi fare was increased to about £25 just because it was an estate car which was naughty but otherwise all good.

Car park was easy to find and use. I booked the wider spaces although I didn’t think they were particularly wide. It would be interesting to know what the difference is.

The booking & price were good. Have used Holiday Extras numerous times in the past and always very helpful. This is not an issue with the booking, but on arrival at Cardiff Airport Long Stay the ANPR was not working and there were no signs to inform people. This meant everyone had to wait and be manually checked in through the intercom. The same issue when trying to leave the car park.
