I made a mistake on dates with my booking and when I realised this I phoned Holiday Extras and was well treated and the mistakes rectified. It was a relief. My stay at Hilton Hotel at Gatwick South was very convenient and l would use it again.

The vehicle for outward journey wasn’t great-there was so little leg room it was painful. The return car was excellent. Both drivers on time, very pleasant and drove well.

Number plate recognition system worked on entry and exit. Quick and regular bus service to and from terminal. Friendly driver. On return, getting bus at the terminal, a few people were confused by the NCP bus used for PremiAir parking! No PremiAir signage on bus!

Great location. Great view of the runway. Bus service right outside to terminal which is quicker than the hoppa.

Meet and greet really good value BUT the resort transfers are now a big rip off.

Customer service on phone was excellent. I couldn’t finish booking online as flight not listed so I had to call. They were really helpful. Orange short stay so convenient especially with young children tired at end of long flight.

I agree with previous review not the 'Meet' I expected as you park car and drop keys in the office. Also when collected again not met you go to office get keys then walk to your car. It wasn't far to walk but thought car would b close and keys handed to us ready?

Pretty good stuff overall - staff were helpful and everything was as it should be. Not sure I would fully call the service at EMA a Meet & Greet - more of a ‘Park and Dump the Keys at the Office.’

All went well shame we weren’t on tarmac the car park was very muddy not what you want to be walking through or pulling suitcases through really needed your wellingtons on So on return we waited on the tarmac and hubby went and got the car because didn’t want mud all in my car Bus took a while to collect us around 30 minute wait But apart from that all was ok

Thought we booked car parking AT the Britannia Hotel, Newcastle as well as overnight stay. So when I went to type in our car reg on hotel iPad to say how long we were staying I wasn't sure if it was 16 days as away for 14 days... if you follow me.... I asked the receptionist and he said he'd check my booking and told me it was hotel stay only and car parking was in AIRPORT LONGSTAY and not hotel (like we had done before 🙄) so we had to pay an extra £5 for parking overnight. Then move car in the morning as that suited us with the bag situation) Plus the receptionist also said "I wasn't the only one who hadn't realised this and that's probably why the car park was so full" plus we had seen cars had "parking tickets" on them. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DOUBLE CHECK AS YOU BOOK AND WHEN YOU GET TO THE BRITANNIA. It was very busy at the hotel with functions and the function people complaining about parking but only as they couldn't get near door!!!
