“The idea of drop and go is excellent and makes car key drop off and collection quick and easy but it is so difficult to follow the directions to the right car park when not coming from the M56 direction!”

“Parking was easy & quick transfer to port but bit of a wait for transfer back to the parking area but didn't help that ship wanted everyone off early so caused queues at dock. Drivers both very pleasant & apologetic for wait. Would recommend & use again”

“Chose the green parking at Stanstead, was easy to find and a v.short walk, most of it under cover but not the first bit. Flight was delayed by one hour but no issues at barrier on way out, straight through, seamless service, would recommend.”

“Easy to find at entrance to airport. I parked in the smaller car park on the right hand side. Very tight for spacing and getting car back out required a bit of maneuvering. Bus to airport terminal was fine but on arriving home at 3am there was only 1 bus running and a huge queue. Could do with 2 buses running more often. Having said that I would use again.”

“I always use the meet and greet service at Bristol Airport. The staff are always very friendly and the service is always very prompt. One slight bug bear, but I had this time; I was charged £5 to exit the car park, on top of the £200 I’ve already paid for the service. Previously that I’ve been included in the price.”

“Dropping car off and going to airport was quick & easy, but on return, rang the driver when got bags, he said he would be there soon (40mins) ourselves & others waited, late at night, last thing you need, other than that was good.”

“The car park was nearly full but managed to find a space right at the end. It’s a huge car park. You park yourself & keep your key. The buses are very regular & the drivers are friendly. Took about 15 minutes to get from the car park to the airport. I took a photo of where we’d parked & the bus stop number so we wouldn’t forget. Will use again”

“Overall a very efficient service, especially on return - late at night, a full bus and yet the cheerful staff member sorted out all car keys very quickly. I found the notice at the stop at Terminal 5 curious - it said that there was a 30 minute service right up to 11.45 (i.e. no need to call, one would think), and yet it said to 'phone on the 'out of hours' number if after 10 pm - no matter, the bus arrived and all was well, but nevertheless a somewhat confusing notice.”

“Hotel and staff very welcoming. Restaurant menu very limited. Worse thing is the carparking. The spaces are very very narrow and can only access car from one side.”
