“No problem parking and booking car into the facility. No problem with the bus to airport. Upon return the bus journey back to the park was dangerous,bendy bus traveling at speed around roundabouts and corners with standing passengers,luggage sliding about as safe storage already used up and aisles and doorways full occupied by both. Other than that the process is busy but quite efficient.”

“The meet&greet is excellent, the staff are always helpful. My only complaint was on a previous booking I followed the information on your web site and booked for the mentioned terminal, this changed and I had to make a alteration to my booking and was charged a further amount, not happy!”

“Easy to find car park, reasonably priced compared to shuttle bus service car parks. Car park was full so ended parking at far end of car park. Barriers opened and closed without an issue when booking parking in advance - so very convenient and a 5 min walk to the Airport terminal. would book again”

“The car park was good, easy to find and did the job - however, the transfer time definitely isn’t 4 minutes from the terminal and we waited 20 minutes for the bus to pick us up when dropping our car off. Definitely give yourself more time as it isn’t as close as it states and the buses aren’t very regular.”

“Easy to use and ended up in a parking space right next to the terminal on the Arrivals side. As my flight was internal, I needed to walk the length of the terminal to get to/from my car. However for any international flights it will be the stared 5 minutes. Bit overzealous with the email spam though.”

“Good quick service polite friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact the car was moved from where we originally parked. I don’t see why they need to move it unless you’ve paid for it to be valeted.”

“Good communication from company re booking Jet park 1 Manchester had plenty spaces Bus to airport arrived quickly on both outward and inward journey Car park can get full of gravel filled puddles when it has rained. Plane arrived late so would recommend adding late cover. Hopefully refund from holiday extras of extra charges from exiting car park due to late return will arrive asap”
