Parked at Stansted for a week using Meet and Greet. Friendly, efficient staff. Car park is right outside the terminal so very convenient. Short stay parking is only a few minutes extra walk so whether I use this service again will be down to price.

It was very easy to book my parking at Purple Parking Gatwick through Holiday Extras. Dropping off the car was easy and it was ready for me on return. The only slight negative was I had to wait half an hour for a bus from the terminal on my return to get to the car park.

Good selection of parking options competitively priced. The drop off and collection process for parking the car was good. The only problem was the instructions states desk for dropping off the keys is by the lifts. But there are 2 sets of lifts departures and arrivals. The instructions doesn't state the desk is at the arrivals set of lifts

Used Long Stay at Leeds many times without any issues. However, this time barrier did not recognise our registration number so we had to get assistance. Thought it would be ok on our return, but had same issue, and had to get the barrier raised via help button, causing an embarrassing queue of cars behind me. Hopefully this was a one off so would still park there again.

If you visit the site and search for a price then return to the site the price increases. When visiting the car park there needs signs to show where spaces are.

I booked for a weeks cruise. I found the booking system quite hard to use. Given that I am fully computer literate, it shouldn’t have been a problem but I couldn’t find anywhere to put any car details in. I also booked for electric car charging when I have a petrol, but this wasn’t easy to see online so I ended up paying extra when I didn’t need to. When I got to the cruise terminal, one man approached my car and said that I wasn’t booked in with them but after he took some details, he confirmed that I was but I didn’t put any details of my car when booking. As mentioned previously, I couldn’t find this online. The staff were very friendly at the port and helpful and told me what I needed to do when I returned and where to collect my car. Would use again however think the booking system needs to be easier to follow.

As always booking was easy & reasonable priced. Unfortunately the car park we normally used was closed which was not a fault of holiday extras but the airport. Due to 1 of the car parks being closed the other option was obviously very busy & made parking just before a holiday a tad stressful. Other than that happy with holiday extras service.

Easy to book, great price however very stressful trying to find a parking space. I am not sure how the spaces are monitored and there were people parking in gaps clearly not for parking, also many cars were poorly parked which reduced parking.

Arrived at Bristol Airport and the bus picked us up and when we arrived at the Silver Zone pick up was handed our car details and how to find it. All went to plan and we started our journey to the west country.

Great customer service kept informed of change of car park well in advance. Car park 5 mins from cruise terminal and transfer to/from cruise terminal hassle free. More expensive than other alternatives, but would definitely use again.

Everything was great, except finding a parking space. I think you should be sure that there is somewhere to park the car before you take the booking. Eventually found a dodgy space and spent my holiday hoping the car would be ok. Not good
