“Instructions to get to the Long Stay parking were great, instructions on were to find the hotel a little less. But… once we found it, it was j. The perfect location for an early morning flight. Just a short walk snd had it rained we would have stayed dry as all was covered. Luckily we didn’t need it, but I’m sure many travellers were/will be grateful…”

“The lounge was great but i had one when trying to charge my phone. I was put a table by the window next to a socket, however my charger plug would not fit as it was so close to the floor, when i asked to move for a different charge i was told that the soft comfy seats where for business class passengers only. I had a ask to sit there for a sort time to charge my phone but was able to stay for the duration. I did not see in the in blurb for the booking that i would not have access to this area and think if this is the case, even if i missed it, it should be made clear. The hot food was not really for me so i had a roll and salad, maybe offer an all day breakfast as an option. I took out the insurance for delayed flight but as my flight just kept saying gate opens later than the flight should have gone did not say delayed i didn't know if i could stay longer or not.”

“All smooth and efficient. Would have been helpful to have clearer signage when exiting Stansted airport of where to find meet and greet for collection of car ended up walking round for 20 minutes trying to find it.”

“Manchester T1 multi storey linked to the main terminal meant it was easy with young children. Easy to book and amend booking if you want to give yourself more time. No hassle. Will use again.”

“First time using the silver zone parking. It all went smoothly. On departures and arrival - only negative was one employee came around from the departures side to the arrival side and basically shouted at us all - telling us we could only have one person from the party picking up keys. Some of us were single parents and abandoning a child outside doesn’t sit well with us. There was no need for the employee to do this. It was rude and unprofessional. Everything was running smoothly.”

“The hotel night, including a meal, worked well but the bus pickup from the car park to the airport caused us some stress. We were waiting with others at stop 5 in the car park and 2 buses past us without stopping, apparently full. In the end everyone at Stop 5 dragged their baggage to Stop 2 just to make sure we got on the next bus. This delayed our arrival at Departures by at least 45 minutes.”
