“Holiday Extras are great and usually offer cheaper prices than by going direct to the airport car parking company themselves .. how is that possible, right? The car parks in my experience often don't recognise the booking, so one is often instructed to take a normal ticket on entry. On exit the several hundred pound bill is quickly and efficiently overridden by the telephone operator.... so it's not without stress, but so far 100% satisfied on the outcome.”

“Cheapest option I could find for Bristol airport. Used the multi storey carpark which was a little further than anticipated and involved a trip up a hill with heavy suitcases. Car park was full and took a while to find a free space so there doesn't appear to be a space assigned to the vehicle. Description perhaps could have mentioned these things but I guess it wouldn't sell so well if it did...(!) Review rating is more for the holiday extras service rather than the car park itself.”

“Customer services and staff were all friendly and excellent. Breakfast was also great with a good selection of food. Hotel room was a bit dated and the hot tap on the bath did not work had to use the shower head to fill the bath. Also the extractor fan wasn’t working. This was reported to the front desk who were unaware and promised to get it checked out and thanked me for bringing it to their attention.”

“App easy to use and communication is good. Used Car Park 1 at Birmingham Airport. Only glitch was on entry. ANPR should have recognised the car and the booking, issued a ticket and raised the barrier. However, I had to buzz for help and provide verbal booking details before being allowed in. That was happening to other drivers as well and the delay caused queues.”

“Easy to use, competitive pricing. Park Smart at Liverpool JL. Upon arrival registration wasn’t recognised at barrier, quick press of the button, informed gentlemen registration and ticket produced immediately. It Did cause me a little panic at the barrier but sorted quickly.”

“We use Purple Parking all the time and have always been happy with the prompt service. This time our flight was cancelled and we owed £10 for our overstay which is not unreasonable. But. I had bought late return cover and expected to not have to pay, but the terms are I had to pay the overstay charge and then claim back the £10 from holiday extras later. I won’t be buying the late reply return cover again!”
