“Great value and simple service. Took quite a while for all to arrive before we left the airport for our cars. I spite of booking online via my account, there was no record of my booking at the reception desk. Staff handled it ok but gave bad impression of system not working smoothly.”

“Had a taxi to the airport departures which worked well. Decided to walk to the hotel on return in daylight which was a mistake since there is no easy safe path. Hotel good but did not stay for breakfast. Well done to holiday extras for rearranging hotel change. would use it again Taxi charge was £15.60 each way”

“No call came so we had to make it and then we had a short wait. NCP are on site but blue circle have no signage or presence on site. So it all works ok with an air of mystery at a time when certainty is prime”

“Amazing helpful staff, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was extra and to be fair wasn’t the best! The choice was amazing however everything from the cooked side was slightly cold so could have been stood for a while. I still ate everything ha!”
