“Great location and easy to park and get the courtesy bus. Just feel you get ripped off with the extortionate prices of drinks at the Hotel! Captive audience comes to mind! Lovely hotel very clean room and comfortable bed.”

“Easy booking through holiday extras. The holiday inn is very conveniently placed within 15 minutes by a regular shuttle to Gatwick North. The rooms were comfortable, the staff helpful and there is a restaurant serving a reasonable range of food for a convenient on site meal. The onsite parking which we used is simply a large tarmac carpark fairly tightly packed but serves the purpose.”

“East Midlands Mid-Stay 3. Easy access and found a spot without too much difficulty. Leaving was a little more challenging at night with snow on the ground - obviously couldn't see the direction arrows on the ground and the ones on posts were infrequent, sometimes hard to see in the darkness, meaning I went passed the route to the exit and had to backup or go around again. Would use again though.”

“It was handy, staff were very friendly and customer focused. Meet and Greet helps reduce stress associated with flying from and to a big, complex airport which can be an overwhelming experience. Using off-airport parking, I've had my share of standing in the rain outside bus shelters which are not sized to be compatible with those waiting for collection. Meet and Greet overcomes this problem and the weight lifting training needed for loading heavy suitcases.”

“Airport hotel cancelled due to pandemic, holiday extras nowhere to be seen, all chats closed , no way of getting hold of them , jet2 have refunded holiday but HExtras awful company will never use again , showing their true colours in time of crisis Worst of it is their app still tells me I’m going on a sunny holiday in 2 days time !!”

“Not happy! Airport / hotel booking. Hotel had double booking and wanted to charge for two rooms. Barrier to car park did not open, waiting a long time with queue of cars behind to be let in. Not good customer service at all.”

“The transfer from Terminal 1-3 long stay parking for a Terminal 4 holiday was a bit tedious. Having left a bag on the transfer bus this was quickly returned to us in time for our flight. On returning to a flat battery your staff were excellent in providing a jump start quickly as part of your service.”
