“Excellent start to finish, drop of car then jump on bus, all done within 15 minutes then off to departures and that takes less than 10 minutes, just as good on return.3rd time i have used this service and it's always been the same.”

“Have used this service a couple of times. Each time the car comes back filthy. This time we asked for a clean on return. It came back half clean with various dirty marks still showing, including a scratch to the door. When flagged to one of the staff we were accused of already knowing about the scratch. It was small enough to rub out with polish, but it wasn’t the point. Very reluctant to use again.”

“Start your holiday the night before your flight and without the stress of getting to the airport. 2 min walk to the terminal (Stansted). Nice and Easy.”

“Arrived late at night in the darkness. No one at all about to ask for advice. Lighting very poor. took ages to find a parking space. Very full. Could not find the way out. Finally walked down some steps and found a bus stop. Waited ages fo a bus which was packed, had to stand up all the way to the airport. Stopped at so many stops it took an hour from getting out of the car to getting to the terminal. Will not be using this car park again.”

“Would never use again, couldn’t find the car park for ages, when we did took ages for bus to arrive and it was too far from the airport. On the way home during early morning we were shattered waited ages for a bus to arrive to take us back to car park and the bus was packed so we had to stand, with our cases, not great when you just want to go home after a long flight”

“I booked my car into drop and go and I was pleased with the service , lovely helpful staff , easy to drop off and collect . I was a little l later than booked to collect my car but didn't get charged extra. Very pleased”

“It's very expensive for what is basically a open air carpark with no frills. Took a while to find a space. Very close to terminal but definitely not worth the money.”

“Our flight was delayed and we went to exit the car park two hours after our planned arrival. The barrier didn’t lift once the registration number was recognised/ the exit fee charged was £6.40 despite the airport website advising that they allow up to six hours for a late arrival.”
