“Bought the 'Ultra Realistic Model Figurines (Male and Female) for artists. Paid around $70AUD. I couldn't believe how great these looked in the pictures. Was so excited. They took forever to arrive and when they did, they looked so VERY different. Nasty cheap copies that were anything but realistic. I would never have bought these if they looked like that.
I posted a review with pictures of what I received and what was advertised on their website, and obviously, these were moderated and deleted. Only their own positive reviews have been posted. Since then, I can't even find the item on their website anymore.
Requested this be rectified, and they said I need to ship them back to CANADA!! From Australia. Are you bloody kidding me?? AND, at my OWN expense?? This is ridiculous. FALSE ADVERTISING.”

“I placed my order November 10,2018. A tracking number was issued. Canada Post notified an expiry on the tracking order. I emailed Humble Household Support. Provided Order Number when asked. Have not heard back yet. I called Canada Post. They are not able to assist as there are no details identifying my order. They suggested Humble Household contact them to initiate an investigation. I even sent out a follow up email inquiring an update on my order status regarding successful shipment. No response. Still no delivery after more than one month. Eight items at a grand total of $103.60.”

“Charged for item the second you 'purchase' it, however after over 3 weeks there is nothing that has changed. No shipping, no updates, and tracking site is not an official tracking site. This is nothing but a Chinese scam stealing from Americans through Facebook. And, Facebook knows it but isn't doing anything about it.”
“So I ordered the resurrection plant like a fool I believed what the advertisement and reviewers claimed. It took weeks to arrive but only a day to have the $13.90 taken from my account.
