“With 3 weeks before Christmas, I just naively assumed that my order would get to me before gift-time....sadly, it still is not here on Jan 4th. Contacting them proved unsatisfactory - they just tell me to contact the carrier, they have no responsibility to their customers. I will warn anyone to steer clear of this compaany.”

“Ordered angel wind chimes for a Christmas present for my mom on Nov 26th, updated to shipped on Dec 2nd. I kept sending emails and was told it was in transit and not to worry. On Jan 2nd, I checked tracking and it says "expired". WHAT?? Expired? And now no reply to my emails. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. So sad they prey upon consumers this way.”

Come to find out they passed the order onto some outfit in China. The item not only didn't make it here for Christmas, but it supposedly in in usps's hands somewhere in china. The gifts were meant to be Christmas gifts so I ended up having to spend more money on substitute gifts. I’ve tried contacting the company on several occasions and haven’t received a response. “In November I ordered the microscope that you can use on your phone (and also the USB adapter). To my surprise the adapter arrived on its own, and shipped from China. No sign of the microscope to date. Tracking number only provides China details - useless for International shipping.
Despite multiple emails to the support email address regarding the camera, I have not received any response.
I would NOT buy from this company again.”
“The microscope that you can use on your phone was an intriguing lure...don't fall for it. They will send you the microscope but not the adapter needed for the connection. Then they don't tell you about the free app you need and it is hard to find out about in order to actually use the stupid thing you just bought!! It takes weeks, no...months to get here and when you do there is nothing to instruct you as to its use. Yes, you are mad by now, but you hope you can figure it out. Ha, what a joke!! When you finally find out how to download the app they say will bring up to speed on the scope, your phone will not connect. Do you feel duped? Oh yes, you do. Nothing you do will make this come to fruition. Now...you go to see about a refund. Ha...not going to happen they have all kinds of reasons why you will not qualify for one. They make it seem all hunky dory but you have been scammed!! My first emails were just a bunch of robot replies and not one of them availeth much. The money I sent them was a total loss, please do not fall for there deceptive marketing. The facebook add which prompted me was a total farce. I am going to look into Visa canceling my payment.”
