“I really love the rug. Although the pictures are pretty accurate, it looks even better in person and the quality is great. The rug came quickly and it was packed very well.”

“First time ordering from Incredible Rugs and Decor and was so pleased with the rug, the quick shipping, the communication throughout and the excellent customer service. I emailed, on a Saturday, a question regarding the Rewards program. I was expecting a reply back on Monday but heard back within a few hours from Steve. “Beautiful runner. Colors on website are true to the actual rug. The rug itself was so plush and soft. Free non-skid pad was a nice bonus. Great price (best I found on this rug). Rapid delivery. Thank you! You guys are awesome!”

“Received my first order from Incredible Rugs. I was very happy with the service, updates to my email to let me know the status of my order. Finally I was thrilled with the area rug that I ordered. It is a wonderful compliment to our living room. I option to upload a picture of our actual room and be able to see it in the room in advance is priceless!! So happy I just placed my second order. “There should be a 6th star for "Above and Beyond and Excellent!" I wasn't familiar with the company prior to my order and honestly was skeptical given the discounted pricing on rugs I have been eyeing for awhile (that are not discounted anywhere else!) Steve was incredibly friendly and helpful when I messed up my order- seriously could not get any better customer service. I am so excited to see my new rugs and pillows and when people ooo and ahhh I'm going to point them to Incredible Rugs and Decor!”
