“Extremely Satisfied. After visiting several local stores with no luck I stumbled across your website. I ordered a runner and a large area rug (at a significant discount vs. in-store pricing). The delivered product matched the sample provided on the website and the quality was excellent. The website was easy use and the online customer service was extremely helpful. I will be purchasing additional area rugs from Incredible Rugs & Decor.”
