“I have had two of the Karastan series rugs and both of them are beautiful, vibrant and of great quality. Loved the customer service from packing to delivering on time. I'd definitely recommend and excited to buy more from Incredible rugs in the future.”

“We have bought at least 4 rugs from Incredible Rugs and have been extremely happy with the rugs and the service. In July we ordered another rug. It is December and we had to send numerous emails to find out when our rug was bring delivered. We find out today it is not coming in December but it is backordered to May next year. They have had my money since July. Shocking customer service and we will not be ordering again from this company. Be aware future customers.”

“IR&D have been fantastic to work with. The fact that they offer returnable/refundable (less discounted shipping) samples is a life saver that not many online rug distributors offer. I don't think that I would have been able to make a decision that I was truly happy with without seeing the rug in my room first. The return process was hassle free. I ended up purchasing a rug from IR&D on a Tuesday and received the rug by Thursday the same week! The customer service is personalized and immediate. IR&D has my return business for sure.”

“My order was processed promptly. I received an email from a real person (not just an automated confirmation) confirming my order and letting me know he was available if I had any questions. It shipped as promised and I was kept informed of delivery status. Very happy with my rug and the service and would highly recommend.”

“Great customer service! Robert U answers every query right away. He gives detailed information regarding making a purchase and how to order a sample rug. He gives provide simple directions about ordering and selection. PS I really like the ability to upload a picture of your room and see the rug choice in a picture!”
