“The rug was not going to work in my space. It looked a whole lot better on “picture this in my room”. To send it back (discounted freight I might add) they are charging me $190.00. Not happy, especially since I ordered a rug pad that I assume will cost me another huge fee to send back.”

“SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND! After our area rug was soiled by our dog, and a professional cleaner proceeded to destroy the rug, Steve and his team were able to quickly replace the 100% wool rug with a perfect match. The dinner party was saved. Thank you!”

“I am NOT happy! I ordered several gorgeous Kas wool area rugs, one was ordered in early Sept and was in stock. It is now 2 months later, I called, no one returned my calls, still no rug but there was no delay in charging my cc in full! Would I recommend your services! No!”
