“I needed a pad for a living room rug I recently purchased from a different vendor. I ordered the Karastan All Felt Pad in the 9’ x 12’ after researching what would be best for my hardwood floors. The ordering was easy and I felt I got a very good price. No sales tax and free delivery to my door. The communication from Incredible Rugs regarding tracking was fantastic and it was delivered to my home very timely. (In fact it came several days before my carpet that I purchased from a different company). I was very impressed with Incredible Rugs, I will for sure use them again.”

“Excellent service. Beautiful rug! From the beginning to the end, it was one of the best online experiences I’ve ever had. Since I was buying an 8’ by 10’, they even advised up front that return shipping would be my responsibility and that they would be glad to send me a sample first. I still opted to go ahead and order the rug based on the photo shown on the site. The rug and pad arrived within a week. The color was as shown, but it’s more beautiful in person. The quality is great. It’s actually got more heft to it than I expected. Would definitely recommend this company!”
