“This was my first experience with this company and I have been over the moon impressed by their communication and follow through. I had some challenges with my delivery based on the location of my house and not only was I assisted by everyone who I spoke with, I received a follow up email to be sure my needs were addressed. Everyone I spoke with has been wonderful - To top it off, we just love our rug - we had a runner already so we knew what the colors were, now having a 9x13 it has been a great addition to our living space. I have already recommended this site to family and friends and I will continue to order from this company.”

“I wanted to business with this company as I really like their website. They advertise a 112% price match. If you look at the details, it really isn't 112% . . . . just do the math. When I contacted them to price match a rug, they stated that the other online company had made a mistake in their pricing and they wouldn't price match! Well isn't that convenient! At a 35% difference in price, I purchased from the other company. That's really no problem, but I feel this is sleazy marketing.”

“The area rug is perfect! I order the Oriental Weavers Toscana 9551A in 9’10 x 12’10 and two runners. The colors and quality were better than expected. Delivery was only 10 days from the day I ordered. I highly recommend Incredible Rugs!!!”

“This was my second purchase from Incredible Rugs and just like my last experience, this was a 5-star rating. Communication regarding my back order was timely and when I realized that I would be traveling during the anticipated delivery period, the team offered to coordinate with the warehouse to hold the delivery until it was convenient for me. The options are endless and the pricing was comparable or less than other places (that didn't have such a great customer service team).”

“The Karastan Shapura rug I bought is beautiful. I had seen it in a local store but didn’t want to give the unpleasant sales people my business, so I searched for it online and found Incredible Rugs & Décor. I was fortunate to connect with Noah on the Chat line, and there aren’t enough positive comments to describe his helpfulness and responsiveness. I felt like he was my own personal shopper. Shipping was very quick, but when I received a damaged rug caused by poor packaging by Karastan, he arranged for a pickup and replacement. When the replacement rug arrived similarly damaged, I was contacted by Robert, who asked how I wished to resolve the matter and then quickly resolved it. This company provided superb customer service and was the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m currently working with Noah to find a second rug. There’s simply no need to look anywhere else.”
