“2-3 stars is all I can give. Variety good. Searchability great. However, they DO NOT tell you that if you need to return a rug that they will charge you a huge amount to do so. They don't tell you that until AFTER they send you a return label. I will NEVER purchase from them again.”

“I am sad to say it was so confusing to be told it would not be shipped for awhile and it was on back order and it did not include a pad, when I ordered it said included the pad, and it was in-stock! now I see its coming for China, I'm thinking I'm not going to see this rug for quite awhile. They say it was shipped but I feel it was just to satisfy me for now. coming for China is not hopeful”
