“This experience has been awesome from start to finish. After choosing a potential rug, I ordered a 2x3 rug to gauge the colors in person. Once I ordered the 9x13 that I actually needed, I returned the smaller rug. Returns were a piece of cake. Rug arrived packed in MANY layers of protection and is gorgeous. Very plush and of very high quality. Edges lay flat, no curling up at all. Had to call Customer Service because the delivery service kept trying to “deliver” the rug after it had already been delivered. CS was very responsive and reached out to the delivery company and solved the problem.”

“Truly Incredible! I looked around for a while to find peach and green rugs. Incredible rugs were the only ones who had this hard to find color combination. Rugs look exactly as pictured. Colors were true to advertised items, Delivery was quick, Rusty was very supportive and helpful, good prices and free pads! Feel very lucky to have found this company.”

“The company was fine for ordering and receiving a rug we ordered from them. However this rug is not good quality and is way overpriced. I have had the rug for three months and already the threads are coming loose and each of the braided runs are separating. We do not use a beater brush to vacuum as required. It’s in a master bedroom which has very little traffic and only bare feet.”
