“Incredible Rugs offered a big discount on a rug I had found at another company. I saved $150 on a $699 rug and received it on Wednesday after ordering it on Monday! ... INCREDIBLE! Thanks!”

“Extremely fast and friendly response to my questions. Very professional, not a typical on-line buying experience.”

“Best website I've visited in a long time. User-friendly navigation and great variety of styles and sizes. Most rugs feature several photos and detailed descriptions. Zoom feature is always a plus, too. I haven't received the "trial" rug that I purchased yet, but I'm confident that if it isn't quite a match after all, it will be nice enough to use in another area of our home. Hope it works though, because I'm eager to finish up a renovated master bath--and I need one more!”

“I am a little late with my review. Ordered several months ago. However I absolutely love my rug. I searched for several days on prices and hands down the best price at incredible rugs and decor.”

“I wasn’t sure if they actually had the rug in stock because the manufacturer said they were sold out. Every website I found it on said they were sold out, too. I thought, what the heck, I’ll order it and see. Sure enough, it came very quickly. I was shocked at how efficient it was to order with them. So pleased!”

“The ordering process was extremely easy. The rug offerings were extensive. The rug was well packaged. It wasn't shipped quite as fast as the purchase noted however it arrived quickly enough. The rug is gorgeous. It is very high quality as was the rug pad. I have been very pleased with this process and the product.”
