“I ordered a sample and in just a matter of days it arrived at my door. Actually 2 samples and so now the hard part is deciding which one.”

“Great sale price and fast delivery. Unfortunately one end of the rug was “crinkled” because of the way it was rolled for shipping. If I had a steamer I could probably correct the problem. I have placed books on the “crinkled” end hoping they will resolve the issue.”

“Best website I've visited in a long time. User-friendly navigation and great variety of styles and sizes. Most rugs feature several photos and detailed descriptions. Zoom feature is always a plus, too. I haven't received the "trial" rug that I purchased yet, but I'm confident that if it isn't quite a match after all, it will be nice enough to use in another area of our home. Hope it works though, because I'm eager to finish up a renovated master bath--and I need one more!”

“I wasn’t sure if they actually had the rug in stock because the manufacturer said they were sold out. Every website I found it on said they were sold out, too. I thought, what the heck, I’ll order it and see. Sure enough, it came very quickly. I was shocked at how efficient it was to order with them. So pleased!”

“The ordering process was extremely easy. The rug offerings were extensive. The rug was well packaged. It wasn't shipped quite as fast as the purchase noted however it arrived quickly enough. The rug is gorgeous. It is very high quality as was the rug pad. I have been very pleased with this process and the product.”
