“I paid over $500 for a rug that has been shedding its fabric since I laid it out. My home is full of rug fabric every day. Very irritating for such an expensive rug.”

Rugs are snipped and trimmed during the finishing process so it is very normal to see some shedding and loose threads during the initial break-in period (first month or two). Simply vacuum (suction only, preferred) the rug thoroughly to remove these loose fibers. Thank you.

“We enclosed our condo patio with a motion screen that keeps out heat and dirt. It was so hard to find a decorative indoor/outdoor carpet that would fit the space. Your company had the most choice in style, color and sizes. We just put it down and are thrilled!”

“I absolutely love the rug I bought for underneath the dining room table. The colors are great and look good with the rest of the decor. I was able to buy a small sample flyer to ordering the rug so that was a good benefit for purchasing the ride from Incredible Rugs and Decor.”

“Great sale price and fast delivery. Unfortunately one end of the rug was “crinkled” because of the way it was rolled for shipping. If I had a steamer I could probably correct the problem. I have placed books on the “crinkled” end hoping they will resolve the issue.”
