“Best website I've visited in a long time. User-friendly navigation and great variety of styles and sizes. Most rugs feature several photos and detailed descriptions. Zoom feature is always a plus, too. I haven't received the "trial" rug that I purchased yet, but I'm confident that if it isn't quite a match after all, it will be nice enough to use in another area of our home. Hope it works though, because I'm eager to finish up a renovated master bath--and I need one more!”

“I wasn’t sure if they actually had the rug in stock because the manufacturer said they were sold out. Every website I found it on said they were sold out, too. I thought, what the heck, I’ll order it and see. Sure enough, it came very quickly. I was shocked at how efficient it was to order with them. So pleased!”

“The ordering process was extremely easy. The rug offerings were extensive. The rug was well packaged. It wasn't shipped quite as fast as the purchase noted however it arrived quickly enough. The rug is gorgeous. It is very high quality as was the rug pad. I have been very pleased with this process and the product.”

“My shopping experience with Incredible Rugs and Décor was excellent. I was really interested in a particular rug but had read some negative comments about it on a number of websites and was concerned about ordering it sight unseen. When I called IRand D and spoke with Robert about my concerns, he immediately said he could have a sample rug sent to me for approval. When I had some concerns about the sample, IRandD communicated directly with the manufacturer for me and had them send a photo of the rug in the size I wanted to buy. Based on the photo and the conversations, I ordered the rug and when it arrived it met expectations. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and so far I am also delighted with the rug.”
