“This is a wonderful company! I received a rug sample with the intent to purchase an 8 x 10ft rug for our dining room. The sample did not work out. I contacted the co via email. They immediately responded and sent me a return label in a very professional and friendly manner. I will continue to try and find the perfect rug from them”

“Just using the internet left me with some questions so I called. The woman that I spoke with was extremely helpful and patient. I ordered my new rug without hesitation. Looking forward to it's arrival. Thank you Sharon Duncan My rug arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The colors were true, and worked well with the rest of the decor. The mattress pad was of very good quality. Thanks to all of you who provide such great service. Sharon Duncan”

“Love, love, love my 3 Karastan Spice Market rugs. They are so plush and beautiful. Steve, Robert and Julie were so helpful in my search to find just the right rugs. They answered all my questions, gave some helpful advice and even did a little problem solving … all with much courtesy. I highly recommend doing business with them!”
