“Bought a rug. Unfortunately it was the wrong shade of green. Super fast customer service is they refunded my money and allowed me to send back the rug with no issues. Will buy rugs only from here. Outstanding service.”

“I’ll start by saying that I don’t often leave feedback for purchases (positive or negative). My thought process is that we expect a company to do their job correctly and with care. That is the expectation. Our experience with Incredible Rugs was, well…………….incredible! We felt that their commitment to customer satisfaction needed to be shared. I’d provide a 10 star rating if that was an option! We recently purchased two area rugs that required quite a bit of coordination and communication between us, Incredible Rugs and the rug manufacturer. During the whole process, over 40 emails were completed between Incredible Rugs and myself. Never once did anyone hide behind their email system at Incredible Rugs. Quite the opposite was true. Email responses were very fast and on point. Every question, concern and request made by me was immediately followed up on and addressed. I told Steve (our customer service contact at Incredible Rugs) that this was the most pleasing customer experience I’ve encountered in many years. Steve and the staff at Incredible Rugs provide a benchmark customer experience! My trust and comfort with a company is not easily earned. Whenever the time comes for us to purchase additional area rugs, we’ll only be looking at Incredible Rugs for those purchases as they’ve earned that right! Every so often a company goes well beyond standard industry service levels. Boy does the staff at Incredible Rugs make you feel like you are their number one priority. Now for a few comments on the fantastic wool area rugs we purchased (Nourison Versailles Palace VP05 Mushroom area rugs, 5’ 3” x 8’ 3” and a runner 2’ 3” x 8’ 3”)……………..WOW! These wool rugs are stunning and beautiful. The main colors include rich deep browns, tan/beige and caramel. Other colors around the trim work/edges include burgundy and a few small blue accents. My pics don’t do the rich colors justice. The rugs are of very high quality. We were afraid of purchasing wool rugs via the internet since one cannot feel or see the actual rugs. These rugs were even better than we thought they were going to be. They far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the staff at Incredible Rugs for all your efforts! All my best!”

“I have been searching for a new 9 x 12 rug for my livingroom for months. Saw a Karastan that I loved at Macy's, but it was over $3,200 and above my budget. Through a google search, I discovered your site where I found the exact same rug for a fraction of the price. To be sure the colors worked in my home, I ordered a runner and was delighted when it arrived (in short order) and matched beautifully. Not only that, the rug is plush and gorgeous! I went back to the site and ordered the 9 x 12 and got a 10% discount on top of their already low pricing. The new rug should be delivered next week and I can't wait to get it! Happy dance!”

We're glad to hear you are happy with your rug. Rug pads ship from a separate warehouse so they will arrive separate from the rug, usually within a day of the rug arriving. We'll follow up on your order, just to be sure there wasn't an oversight in the warehouse. Thank you.

“Incredible Rugs and Décor worked with me to get the correct sizing for 2 hallway runners, one of which was 27 feet long. If the online drop-down list of rug runner lengths doesn't fit your needs, they will work with you to provide the length you need. The rugs arrived quickly, they were the perfect length, and they are beautiful. Thank you!”

“Love the rug; quality, price, service and delivery were excellent. The rug was out of stock when I ordered it, Incredible Rugs contacted the factory to make sure it would be available in the future and sent me emails on the progress of my order. “The shopping and purchasing were easy: the web site is a piece of cake, and I found the rug true to pictured. When it didn't come quickly, I emailed Steve and we held the delivery until the time I'd be back home. He made that so comfortable for me, and it's rare that sort of customer service happens with online shopping. The price was right, delivery was perfect. I can't ask for more!”

“Was able to find the style and color I wanted, which I had not been able to do at other area rug sites. Ordered one rug for under dining room table and a runner to match. The larger rug came very quickly. The runner was on back order and had to wait about 2 months for it, but it was worth the wait. Happy with the quality. Just what I was looking for.”

“I initially ordered Surya Gava rug and then decided to cancel it due to low pile and other not beneficial information. Steve and his team were very helpful when they cancel my order promptly. Then I analyzed many rugs and nothing grabbed my attention as this cancelled one so guess what? I ordered it again, and hopefully will keep it.”
