“Thank you so much for a great shopping experience. The rug is a welcome addition to our family room and was confident it would arrive in good order which it did. There was a lot of communication after the rug was ordered informing me about delivery. That is appreciated these days with delivery service questionable. Thanks Incredible Rugs and Decor!!!!”

“Rug price was excellent however we were required to pay $31 for a routing app/insurance to track delivery. The insurance aspect is overkill as most Visa/ MC transaction are already insured. Then you have to download the app and sign in to track the delivery. No UPS or Fedex number given so it’s quite painful and really unnecessary”

Thanks for your feedback. The Route Shipping Protection is an extra layer of insurance against damage or package theft. It is inexpensive and completely optional and can be removed from your cart with just a click. Also, there is no need to install the package tracking app, as we send shipment details by email and by text sms (if you select this option at checkout), but the app provided more details on package movement and delivery time/date. The app is free to use and is completely optional. Thank you.

“No rug for a couple of weeks due to back order, have not received it yet, the owner gave me a good discount and I am a return customer, but you still want your merchandise”

Hi David, please disregard the back-order notice we sent you. The warehouse was able to locate one for you. They shipped it last night, due to be delivered to you on Wed. 8/26 under UPS Tracking # 1Z3937170322194940. Thanks for your patience. You're going to love your new Karastan rug.

“Beautiful selection of rugs from various manufacturers and range of price points. Option to allow you to picture the rug in your room is easy to operate and an EXCELLENT tool for decision-making! Website searches and order processing all worked well, and the “personal” follow-up expressing appreciation for my business was a nice touch!”
