“Don't get it yet. Been waiting weeks now.they said shipping in one week.they shouldn't lie.i called 2x and They were going to check to see why it did not ship yet and I still have not heard from them yet”

Hi Linda, your pre-ordered rug showed 'not in stock' when you ordered on 8/5. It arrived from overseas, a bit later than expected, but shipped out this morning to you and tracking was emailed to you showing a delivery date of this coming Monday, by Fedex. Thanks for waiting. The Wild Bloom is a beautiful rug and I'm sure you will find it worth the short wait.

“My rug was originally supposed to arrive in late may or june and has yet to arrive. The tracking says it was supposed to arrive today and has yet to arrive. I know it was out of your hands but the website could have been updated to reflect the actual turn around time and I wish I would have been updated about the status without having to reach out to customer service multiple time. I really hope I love it because I can’t image how hard it will be to return it.”

I see that we sent several email updates regarding your special order rug. Unexpected Covid-19 shutdowns at the port overseas made it difficult to project a delivery date but we confirmed with Fedex that they will deliver to you today. We'll keep an eye on the delivery date just to be sure it gets delivered ASAP.

“I completely thought the website was useful and easy to navigate. The see in your own room ability was great. Soon after ordering I received a confirmation email and a way to contact if I had any concerns. My only reservation is the anticipated ship date has come and gone. I understand that covid has changed business but giving unrealistic ship times is frustrating when ordering items well in advance of an event. Hopefully will be shipped soon.”

“Everything was perfect. The rug was delivered when they said it would be delivered. The rug was in perfect shape. I had never ordered a rug online before but I'm very pleased with the experience. I would certainly order from incredible rugs and decor again.”
