“This was the first time that my wife and I used your website, and I have to comment that it was extremely easy to use and straightforward. In addition as soon as we went onto your website, you gave us a code for another 12% off, and we thank you!”

“Great product. My rug is excellent a quality wool rug. It's still in the shedding period like all new wool rugs. But the colors stay brilliant and everyone who sees it compliments on how nice it looks.”

“I was very surprised—very — that my return of a too-large rug that I had ordered, and would have loved to keep, went unexpectedly smoothly. I had to pay the return shipping, but I felt that was “fair” since you had shipped it to me for free. I feel that you folks have earned the “first look” at any of my future purchases. Sure hope that your stocks, and increased selection, will soon be replenished...!”

“I purchased the insurance offered by Incredible Rugs, but the insurance site was way too confusing, and it appeared they wanted to have access to all my information and contacts, etc. Incredible Rugs has been wonderful to work with so I’m guessing that’s what is most important!”
