“I was very surprised—very — that my return of a too-large rug that I had ordered, and would have loved to keep, went unexpectedly smoothly. I had to pay the return shipping, but I felt that was “fair” since you had shipped it to me for free. I feel that you folks have earned the “first look” at any of my future purchases. “This is the most beautiful color of a vase! It's so nice that I ordered the larger size. They are not cheap but when you open the boxes and see the color it's amazing. Great quality vase too. The only issue I had was the vase was in a large box, inside a smaller box with bubble wrap around it. The large box had a "Fragile" sticker on it but the large was was very beat up. So much so that we took a pic before opening it up. The vase was fine inside but there was nothing to keep the small box with bubble wrap from being thrown around in the large box. No filler in the large box. I think when a Fragile sticker is placed on something I think people go out of their way to mishandle it. : )”
