“Your customer service is INCREDIBLE! Very upbeat reps who listen and accommodate requests. Great experience when I needed to return a rug. The rep asked about what I was looking for and sent me some options. He also informed me about ordering a sample swatch. Thank you for an excellent experience.”

“Product arrived fairly quickly and is the same as the photo. Particularly like the "show it in my room" feature which made the selection that much easier.”

“My experience with Incredible Rugs and Decor can be summed up in one word...easy. I found a rug on the website, placed a call (asking questions about the color) and upon receiving informative answers I placed an order. The agent with whom I spoke was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the rug in question. This is my 3rd order and I plan to make a few more.”

“The rug is very beautiful with a beige background and gray stripes in a variety of directions. The workmanship looks to be of good quality. The rug arrived well packaged and protected. The only reason I did not give the purchase five stars is that it came by a forwarding company, therefore I had to assist the driver in bringing it down from the truck and carrying it into the house. That should never happen”
