Don't use this company unless you know the exact model you need and have already seen the rug. They charged me $170 to return a 8x8 rug that looked nothing like the picture online.

I didn’t intend to sign up for Route, and don’t know how that happened. Is it automatic unless denied? I would like that removed from my order and credit card.

I ordered a rug sample and paid $40.00 for it on Jan. 4, 2021. We were in the process of building a new home and I was working with many samples. They have a policy of returns 30 days. Who would think it would be for samples. I called to return the sample in June and they didn’t say anything about the amount of time. I was waiting for a RMA number to return the sample and didn’t receive anything. Called a couple times and never received it. When the request was received in shipping they didn’t do anything. I can understand 30 days to return an item ordered but not for a sample. I told the customer service that they should list it on the packing slip to return samples in 30 days for a credit. Not happy with company!

The site was supported by Norton for a price guarantee, we found a better price but Norton didn't help to match the price

I waited a week for my order to ship and tracking number be shared... but nothing came. I had to email their customer support TWICE to get a response. Second time, I was helped and was informed that one of my items was on a 1.5 month backorder, and did I want the one available item to go ahead and ship now? Yes of course! And why did you not give me this update until now? Why did I have to contact customer support TWICE to understand the issue? I will never order from here again, since I have no visibility to an estimated delivery date. And questionable ability to get a response from customer support. There are so many other rug retailers out there, i don't want this. No.

I have not received my rug yet. It says it was delivered July 16. But it hasn't gotten to 21602 Ellinwood Dr. Torrance, CA 90503. My cell is 310 938-5414. Sherry Cline.

Ordering was easy and they have a good selection, but I received shipment and tracking info for my order AFTER it had already been delivered and I had even reached out to inquire about it. Terrible.

Ordered an area rugs advertised as Karastan. When I received the rug it was not Karastan at all. It was the same rug pictured on the website. The back of the rug showed the actual manufacturer. Looked it up on Amazon. To my surprise, the same rug was available at a fraction of the price. 9' X 12" on Amazon - $250. On Incredible Rugs and Decor's website it's $1,400! The name of the manufacturer on the rug from Incredible Rugs and Decor is the EXACT same name as the manufacturer shown on Amazon's website. Deceitful, dishonest and a ripoff.

Incredible Rugs and Decor only ships brand new, 1st quality, name brand items, guaranteed with full Manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell 2nd rate or knock-off items. All of our rugs, including Karastan, are 100% authentic. If you found any Karastan 9x12 rug for $250 an ANY website, it certainly is not a new, authentic Karastan rug. Be advised; Amazon allows individuals to list products on their site without verifying authenticity.

I have no rug It says it was delivered to Calhoun Georgia, I live in Bedford Pennsylvania, and I have a nearly $800 charge on my credit card and I have no rug

We ordered a rug for our family room on 2/17/2021 and received it today, 5/27/2021. There was a delay in the delivery but we were kept apprised of the order status by Incredible Rugs, which we appreciated. But, now, we have a huge problem. Upon unrolling the long awaited rug, lo and behold, it’s not the rug we ordered! It is nowhere close to the design we picked. In fact, the design is highly unappealing to us. It is such a fiasco that we have to roll up and move this wrong heavy rug. I have emailed and left a voice message with the company. I look forward to a swift resolution in correcting this problem.

I still don’t have my rug! Incredible Rugs didn’t follow up with customer service to let me know there was a problem. I don’t know what the hold up is but if don’t hear from someone by end of week with a solution will cancel and look for someone reliable. They were referred but this is very disappointing!!

We offer a 30-day return policy. Your order was delivered 5 months ago, which is well outside of the return period. We do not take back or resell used/pre-owned merchandise.

I purchased the Surya Milan 9x13 area rug. It was very expensive (over $2,000.00) but the pricing was what I expected for a quality wool rug. The service, up through the delivery, was remarkable, even sending out samples that I had requested. However, if you have a problem with the item after you've received it, don't waste your time on contacting them because the customer service ends at the sale. They fail to acknowledge there's a even a problem with this rug, even after numerous photos sent to them. There's even strands now that appear to be unlooping and just sticking out, so I have not choice but to cut them off. I should have known to buy local to where I could deal with customer service directly, as this makes it an easy out for them.

Shedding is normal for any new rugs and is not considered a defect. With normal use and vacuuming the shedding of loose fibers will begin to minimize, typically within a week or two. Thicker rugs may take longer to settle. An occasional 'sprout' or 'tail' may appear on the surface after vacuuming and can simply be snipped flush with the pile. Please refer to the label on the back of your rug for care and maintenance instructions for your particular rug type or contact us for more details on rug care. Thank you.

Small rug that I received was of poor quality. Edges look unprofessional, and can physically see white stitching in the field of the rug. Certainly not the quality of workmanship that I would’ve expected. The rest of the order, communication, tracking, and delivery was of a very high standard.
