“Oh my, the vast selection made it difficult to choose just one carpet! Amazing quality & price. N Recently replaced a carpeted bedroom with hardwoods. This exquisite piece of wool art will warm, insulate, and set a rich, quiet tone. Merry Christmas to me!”

“So pleased with rug we bought for living room we have ordered a smaller one for our entryway. The colors are vibrant and rich. It is soft under foot. My dog loves it! Customer service was excellent. Order arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend.”

“Received both my new rug and pad in a matter of a couple weeks. Just replaced the old with the new and I LOVE it -- the colors, the feel, the quality. I'm happy with my first experience with Incredible Rugs and Decor -- I give them a five star rating!”

“Don't use this company unless you know the exact model you need and have already seen the rug. They charged me $170 to return a 8x8 rug that looked nothing like the picture online.”

“I have now purchased 3 large rugs and 3 runners. I love every single one. Incredible Rugs & Decor has the best and largest selection of top quality rugs. Their selection on Karastan rugs beats every place I have looked. Once you buy one and feel the quality in person on your feet you won't buy rugs from anywhere else. Free Shipping and reward points and discounts are also available ALL THE TIME not just on Black Friday.”

“I didn’t intend to sign up for Route, and don’t know how that happened. Is it automatic unless denied? I would like that removed from my order and credit card.”

“I love my rug. It looks so great in my bedroom and feels so soft. I had to make a change of original order to this one and service rep handled everything for me with no problem. Delivery was much sooner than expected. I look forward to enjoying this rug for many years.”
