“I selected a rug after doing a search for “sage”. Just received my “sage & gold” rug and it’s BLUE ….no trace of sage green and when looking at it from seated position it’s just solid shiny patch on the floor Now I have to return this. ☹️ Not happy.”

“For weeks now I've been pouring over 4-5 area rug websites looking for a few rugs to beef up my home decor. Boy, it's hard! Some sites are really terrible. Some o.k. But Incredible Rugs and Decor is far and away the best site to shop. I am especially happy with the color boxes depicted under the item. For instance, greys can appear to be taupe, brown, even blue when looking at a rug. But the color boxes tell me exactly the color. What a blessing! I've been discouraged off many rugs because of the color variations. Your prices are good. And thank you for the 11% new customer discount I used today. Yes, I will tell my friends about your site!”

“Shopping was easy. My rug arrived on time. Beautiful! One thing I’d like to add about this rug is the color. The posting on your site is accurate. Description says grey rug, but it’s mixed with beige and it’s more beige than grey…to my eyes. In my photo it looks more on the cooler grey side, but that’s the fault of my iPhone’s camera.”

“It was easy to order from Incredible Rugs and the follow-up emails were appreciated. The price was very good. The rug showed up as scheduled, and it didn't take long to arrive. The only issue I have is that on the computer, different photos of the same rug showed the rug different in color. I don't know how this can be rectified, but it would make shopping easier if it could be. I like the rug I received very much, but it is different from what I had expected.”
