“I ordered a rug that was supposed to be shipped 5-8 days from purchase. Going on a month now and just found out today that the rug is on back order. No one bothered to inform me of this fact. Apparently misinformation given by the distributor, Karastan. In case, very disappointing as I had hoped it would be here for a social event I'm hosting in two days.”

“I recently purchased the LoLoi Padma hooked rug. I absolutely love it. It is plush to the feet. So far I can say that it doesn't show footprints or such. I am using it under my dining room table and it is the perfect size. Your delivery time was fantastic. I have to control my urge to buy more of your wonderful products!”

“This is my third purchase, after buying 2 rugs for our family room 6 years ago. I came back because I knew what to expect: great selection, good service, good pricing. From the other two rugs, I also had sense of how the online color appearance would translate to actual appearance. (On my laptop, burgundies and deep greens have bluer tones than the actual rugs) A new thing I did NOT like: the appearance of a suggested “insurance” charge in my shopping cart. There are TWO spots you have to click to remove it. First, you click the typical “remove” box on the line item in the cart. Then you have to click a tiny, second box at the bottom of the cart to truly remove it from your order. If you don’t click that second box, the extra charge reappears in the cart on the payment screen.”
