“Very disappointed in the coupon. It only gave me the 12% discount on the .98 cent extra coverage for loss, damage or theft. It should have been on the price of the rug. I felt cheated. Just ordered the rug today, so can’t comment on the rug itself or returns, or if I would recommend you.”

“The “See This Rug in My Room” function is essential for doing rug shopping online. I would have given the shopping experience 5 stars except there are many rugs that do not have this feature available, so I’m forced to go to a competitor’s website to see how the rug might look in my room. Also, the 1’6” samples are often sold out and I am hesitant to have a 12 x15 rug shipped without seeing a sample first.”

“So helpful to have returnable samples of the rugs! I also bought the smallest size of 2 rugs that didn’t have a sample. After calling the company to ask about returning samples once I make a decision, they told me that if I buy a rug from them, they will pay for the return of samples. Great company policy- so far so food. Anxious to see rug samples!”
