“Love this company and always have great customer service, but had a bad experience when I spent hrs searching for rugs. Ordered 2 and was so excited. Next day they cancelled because they said the made mistake on prices. I was really disappointed. I believe they have to honor the price they confirmed.”

“This review has nothing to do with the company this rug is purchased from! This review is about the delivery people used! Suppose to be delivered yesterday due to the storm, it was a no show! Maybe a phone call would be warranted, but did not receive a call! So it was delivered today, without a phone call about when it would be delivered! I called the company Braun Express, they don’t have a clue about anything, or delivery! Now the guy comes off the truck, and puts my 9x13 rug, on my driveway, says I have curbside delivery… nowhere was that written, that I had to haul as a woman a rug into my home up my driveway! Needless to say I am really upset! Yes, this review is very real… and bad customer service! F. Solomon”
