“The man who helped me was friendly and personable. I think he did a good job. I am disappointed in the quality of the rug I purchased. It buckled and I doubt it will ever lie flat. It’s an outdoor rug so this doesn’t really make sense to me.”

“They were very helpful. They called to say they noticed I was in driving range of their showroom if I would like to see the rug in person. I did! I am always very nervous about ordering online and several photos of this rug from other companies looked significantly different, greenish rather than gray, creams and golden beiges. Seeing the rug and feeling it’s incredible softness gave me confidence I had found “the one”! I also received a free pad and no shipping charges. They offered to wrap it up and take it with me, which was wonderful for me, as if it had shipped, I might have missed delivery due to being out of town. I am soooo happy with my rug from IR&D!”

“We got our rug yesterday and it is great. It was shipped promptly and even earlier than expected. The communication with you guys has been great. You not only have great products with unbeatable pricing, but also really amazing customer service. I never once felt like it was a bother to check on my item. Needless to say I will be buying all my future rugs from you and making sure my friends do as well. Thank you again for helping our little apartment feel more like a home.”

“Love this company and always have great customer service, but had a bad experience when I spent hrs searching for rugs. Ordered 2 and was so excited. Next day they cancelled because they said the made mistake on prices. I was really disappointed. I believe they have to honor the price they confirmed.”
