“I recently purchased a rug that was out of stock at the manufacturer, but Steve went to a lot of trouble to find one for me — and he did. Unfortunately, when I received it, the color was not as pictured on the website and I had to return it. It was a very high quality rug just not the right color. Steve was very helpful in the purchase and return of the rug and I would not hesitate to order from this company again. It was a delight to work with Steve.”

I'm sorry about the delay on your order, Lenny. Most of our warehouses ship in 1-3 days, but certain rugs (Loloi rugs) have been running behind schedule lately. They tell us they will be back to normal ship times this week. Thanks for hanging in there. I'm confident you will find the rug to be worth the wait.
