“Their customer service and communication during the ordering process, information on when the order was being processed, the tracking when the delivery was, and after we received it, were impeccable! They responded to my phone calls and or emails immediately. I wish all companies would treat customers with this much kindness and respect. The carpet is perfect. Knowing that if it wasn't to my satisfaction I could return it made me feel better about the purchase and I was not stuck with it.”

“Finally found the rug I wanted and had coupon for 7% discount and put in online cart to order on 3/28 and got a reminder to get a pad for this rug. So had to search and review this item which took another day. On 3/29 received special email of 22% on orders placed for the next 4 Days. However, in a haste I accidentally placed order for rug/pad from my cart with the 7% discount and didn’t start over to get the new one at 22%. Informed Steve of my situation and he promptly applied the larger discount. The rug/ pad arrived as scheduled and both are beautiful and well worth the money. Great customer service with this purchase!”

“Outstanding customer service!!! I recently ordered 3 samples of various rugs. Upon placing the order, I immediately received a personalized email from Steve A. thanking me for my order and providing expected ship dates. The samples were shipped and received on time. However, there was a slight mix-up on the manufacturer's end whereby one of the samples was mislabled and I received the wrong item. So, I emailed Steve A. about the problem. His response and actions were stellar!! In less than 45 minutes, he had the correct sample arranged to be delivered as soon as possible and advised the manufacturer to inspect before shipping to avoid the same problem. When I decide, based on my samples, which rug to purchase, I will absolutely order from Incredible Rugs and Decor and will highly recommend them to anyone!! I'm happy to patronize a company that understands the value of outstanding, personalized customer service! Thanks again, Steve!”
