“I received the rug I ordered today and it was damaged during shipment. I immediately emailed Incredible Rugs and Decor and got a prompt response asking for more details. After one more email, a replacement rug is being shipped to me. Excellent customer service- something that’s rare these days. Incredible Rugs and Decor has made me a a very happy customer, and I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a new rug.”

“I looked through thousands of area rugs on several different sites, in anticipation that it was worth it since I will likely use it for years/decades. IRD worked well for me in regards to the filters and selection. Sometimes filters are too limiting, sometimes they don't seem to eliminate anything. The very specific sizing filter was key for me. That was something no other site provided and I think it helped me not get fatigued from searching and looking, since I didn't waste time clicking for details only to find the size was wrong. I also appreciated the selection. I bought a Surya rug. I noticed other sites that carried Surya, but not the full assortment of designs and sizes. Considering the rug is clearly still in the Surya warehouse, I guess this is another positive function of your website. And when shopping online, that is kind of the name of the game.”

“The gentleman taking my call was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing a small rug for my kitchen sink area. I was drawn to many beautiful jute/sisal rugs but learned they don’t hold up to water. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I received the rug yesterday and am comfortable knowing I can spot clean it with a little soap and water. He’s a keeper!”

“I loved the "view in room" feature. I was able to see what the rug would look like in my personal room and when it arrived I was not disappointed. The rug I choose looked exactly as I expected. I was notified when my order was confirmed, when it was shipped and was able to track the shipment. It arrived very quickly and I am happy with the end results. No unpleasant surprises. Even the dog loves the new rug.”

“I ordered 2 runners and one was delivered. I was informed the the other was back ordered and given a date for delivery. I received an email letting me know that the second runner was on its way. It never arrived. I contacted Incredible Rugs and Decor to inform them that I hadn't received it. They looked into it and contacted FedEx (or UPS) who then contacted me for information. Once again, it never arrived. I again contacted Incredible Rugs. They apologized and sent me another one! Thank you for the BEST customer service! I will always order from you! A Darlington”
