“The web site has an abundance of wonderful selections. In my search for the perfect rug, I had a question. So I called and immediately talked with a very knowledgeable person who gave me the answer. The next day I called and ordered the rug. I received it two days before the delivery was anticipated. It arrived by ground UPS and no shipping fee in excellent condition. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and will certainly contact them for any future rug purchases.”

“Ordering was easy. Even when the area rug took a few weeks to ship, they let me know since I placed the order that this was going to happen. The area rug was delivered earlier than scheduled, but they contacted me to let me know this (which made me very happy). The under padding was not included in this delivery, so I made one single phone call, and they took care of the problem very efficiently.”
