“The gentleman taking my call was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing a small rug for my kitchen sink area. I was drawn to many beautiful jute/sisal rugs but learned they don’t hold up to water. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I received the rug yesterday and am comfortable knowing I can spot clean it with a little soap and water. He’s a keeper!”

“We found a rug we loved at a very reasonable price (we comparison shopped!), but we needed it delivered on a specific day. Steve scheduled everything so that we received the rug and pad exactly as we asked for. We couldn't be happier with the experience and with the gorgeous rug.”

“I loved the "view in room" feature. I was able to see what the rug would look like in my personal room and when it arrived I was not disappointed. The rug I choose looked exactly as I expected. I was notified when my order was confirmed, when it was shipped and was able to track the shipment. It arrived very quickly and I am happy with the end results. No unpleasant surprises. Even the dog loves the new rug.”

“I ordered 2 runners and one was delivered. I was informed the the other was back ordered and given a date for delivery. I received an email letting me know that the second runner was on its way. It never arrived. I contacted Incredible Rugs and Decor to inform them that I hadn't received it. They looked into it and contacted FedEx (or UPS) who then contacted me for information. Once again, it never arrived. I again contacted Incredible Rugs. They apologized and sent me another one! Thank you for the BEST customer service! I will always order from you! A Darlington”

“I ordered a rug in November and have only just had it arrive at my home. I talked on and off with a sales person who couldn't figure out what had gone wrong - in the end they think they either lost my rug (apparently the last one they'd had in the warehouse) or it was mis-labeled. They had to order a new one for me from the company who made them. There was a long period of silence in the beginning where I just never heard back about what was going on, and it didn't seem any great rush to locate or replace my order. I understand it taking a while longer since it probably had to be made for me or reordered from the manufacturer, and I appreciate the timely responses from the sales person, but 2 entire months for something that was labeled "in stock" is ridiculous.”

“We just received our rugs. They are even more beautiful than they looked on the website. We totally appreciated using the room download program as it helped us make a great decision. Being able to see the rug in the room before we purchased it was so helpful. Not only is the product great, the service was exceptional.”

“This was my first purchase with Incredible Rubs and Decor, and it was wonderful. They sell beautiful rugs at great prices. They immediately got back to me with my questions about this rub, ordering was easy, and they keep me informed about the status of the shipment. A wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is first class. My rug arrived today and it is beautiful.”
