Sorry for any confusion, Kim. Our records show that you placed your order less than a month ago (December 7th). Our site showed an estimated ship date of '3-4 weeks'. I see that your order shipped on Jan 2nd and will be delivered by UPS next week. Thanks for your patience on this order. I hope that you will find it to be worth the wait.

“First the service was incredibly fast. The rug arrived within a few days of my order and was delivered in excellent condition. The rug itself is beautiful, nicer than the image on the website and oh so soft under foot. The colors are muted tones, very easy on the eye and just meld into the decor. The pattern is lovely and looks pretty in our bedroom with other tones of blue and cream. The pile is not thick so does well with the rug pad which arrived the next day and was free with the rug purchase. So far excellent!”

“I was very unsure about placing an order for such a large amount (over $700) online with a company I never heard of and was a pop up while I was searching for the rug I wanted. I knew it was out of stock everywhere. After "chatting" with Steve he assured me he could fill my order as soon as it became available. And the price was better than anywhere else. Every time I had a question I got an immediate answer and the rug arrived when promised. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone and just placed another order.”

“Super Simple ordering. Went to a local rug store, found one we liked...researched online and found it on incredible rugs...was able to use a discount code which made the rug less and no sales tax....so, we bought 2 rugs....exactly what we wanted and ordered. Couldn’t be happpier.”

“I was looking for a black rug and thought I found one that was perfect when I searched the word "black. However when I received it, it was really a dark navy and had the letters NY as part of its name. I thought it stood for NewYork, but obviously it stood for Navy. I called to return it and shipping charges to return it is $39 that they will deduct from my credit. Since it really wasnt my fault, I am disappointed with that charge.”
