“I ordered a runner and a 8X10 rug. I choose IRD because of the price, the items were in stock, an added discount, no sales taxes, and free shipping. The runner was delivered promptly but the larger rug was either lost or misplaced. Contact IRD and Steve promptly answered. Had to contact him 4 days later, again he checked on it and emailed me. I then received a notice that IRD had shipped the items, I check to see when it was shipped and I could tell it was in response to Steve's inquiry. Rug is very nice, can't wait to the other rug gets here. I can see me getting other rugs if the prices are as nice.”

“We love our new rug. It is thick & plush. Very well made & the colors look just like the photo. It was shipped quickly & arrived in nice, secure packaging. I’m highly recommend this rug.”

“It is as beautiful as the 5x7 I bought a few months ago. A matter of fact, I believe it is even more lovely because the colors show up more because of the larger size. I was given an EDD of 22/15/2017. It came on the 12th. Thank you so much Steve for all your help. A satisfied customer.”

“Steve was a big help with information on rugs and pads. They had no problem matching 112% of another price I had got from another supplier. Pretty fast delivery on all items with no shipping damage. Very sturdy packaging. Would order from them again.”

“Excellent Experience: We ordered a 9'9" round wool rug and it amazingly arrive in less than a week. The price at Incredible Rugs was hundreds of dollars less than any other site. Most of the other places we found this specific rug had delivery dates over a month away and some up to three months. We definitely will look at Incredible Rugs first for any rugs we purchase in the future.”

“Was told my rug would be arriving tomorrow three times. Nobody had a clue. Will not order from you again. Rug was so-so. Cheap price and it looks cheap.”

Hi Barbara, during the peak shipping season (Black-Friday and Cyber-Monday), it's not uncommon for a shipment to be delayed a bit. Regarding the quality of your rug; you paid $12.00 (shipping included). I don't think that can be improved upon, but we'll certainly try our best. Remember, you are welcome to mail it back for a refund within 30 days if it doesn't meet your expectations.

“Didn’t hear anything about delivery. Received call from FedEx to schedule delivery date. I was surprised to learn that rugs shipped the Thursday before since you were so silent. That is terrible customer service in the communication area. Rugs arrived in good condition however..... ordered 4. 2 had bronzed gold highlights & other 2 had grey highlights although rug called bronzed gold. Not happy!!”

Hi Sandy. Thanks for your feedback. During the Holiday Shipping rush, our warehouses are working hard to get orders delivered as fast as possible. They have been shipping around the clock and sending the tracking numbers after, which is why Fedex called you to schedule a delivery date before the tracking number was emailed to you.
