“I found a rug on your website and I was very indecisive because it was a bold design and I am anything but. I Loved the app that You can take a picture of Your room and it shows the rug in the room. It really helped me make my decision. I sent an email to ask a few questions and I was very impressed that Steve emailed me back quickly. He has also followed up with Me. I feel comfortable doing business with Incredible Rugs, knowing someone will always be there.”

“I worked with Steve Aijian via your online Chat and had an excellent experience. I raised all of the questions I had and he provided responses that were to the point and very helpful. He was personable and professional and contacted me when the order I thought I had placed had not yet been completed. That was quickly fixed and he was able to get me the last remaining rug in stock. Overall, in was an excellent experience, and I will return to your website if I need another rug in the future. Kudos to Steve for his help.”
